Specific Responsibilities

 Underwriting of SME (EML)

 Team Management

 Driving optimal use of the Loan Origination System and

Loan Management system

 Maintain Credit TAT

 Manage Credit Underwriting as per policy.

 Monitor Delinquency and NPA to budgeted levels for the

product.

 Manage Credit Cost as per approved budgets.

 Give feedback to Credit Policy based on experience of

underwriting.

 Data Slicing/ Analysis and publishing of the reports

 PDD monitoring

 Industry Analysis
