Key role & responsibilities:

 Handle a team of Channel Managers.

 Train, Motivate & get productivity from the team.

 Acquisition of Franchisee, IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) & Rimesier.

 Build rapport with these Partners (APs & DGs) & help them on-board their clients across products.

 Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit etc with the help of products & training team.

 Ensure best services to partners.

 Help distributors on joint calls.

 Organise seminar/webinar for the partners of his/her cluster.


Key Requirements:

 Should be from Broking Industry with minimum of 2 Years of team handling experience.

 B2B Experience is preferable.

 Experience of selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds, PMS etc needed.

 Need to have good communication skill.

 Need to have ability to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets.
