To develop SME LAP business in assigned geography, and also monitoring of entire portfolio assigned.
To enhance / build the overall AUM of SME LAP book in MMFSL volume
Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel and open market channels
Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches
Analyze the market trend for products development and do market research.
Planning & execution of market promotional activities according to market & business requirements.
Focus on increased Productivity
Marketing and encashing catchment areas
Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property
Ensure additional revenue generation through cross – sell & Multi selling of Insurance
Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
Understand credit analysis, Personal discussion with client for business understanding. Co-ordinate for credit risk assessment.
Co-ordinate for legal documentation, disbursement.
Post-disbursement monitoring, Company performance monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality
Relationship management with the client / dealers.
Ensure collection of dues from the customers and also to help and monitor the payment from the company
Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
Ensuring Top Class service for Customers.
