We are hiring Maintenance Manager for a leading Manufacturing Company in Irungattukottai.

1) Work on systematic plan to have better infrastructure commissary model working and executing the same.

2) Managing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production areas; ensuring condition monitoring of various equipment.

3) Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools.

4) Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation expenditures and work within the budget.

5) Ensuring optimum utilization of manpower and machinery towards the output.

6) Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.

7) Implementing quality systems / procedures like Six Sigma, Lean Sigma in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.

8) Ensuring Machine Efficiency, through Six Sigma, TPM activities.

9) Ensuring timely PMS and handling breakdown effectively.

10) Managing Commissary projects.

11) Effective control on NM cost

12) Capex/ Open control.

13) Work toward Future plan by bringing automation and cost efficiency in terms of machine utilization.
