Job description<ul><li>Working closely with the management teams to ensure that HR is aligned with the business and operations of the organization.</li><li>To contribute in making the company "First in Mind - First in Choice" for present and future employees.</li><li>Give support to operations management and employees in applying people management related activities in line with Group HR strategy and local HR procedures; Develop and implement high-quality HR processes. Develop and implement state-of-the-art performance review and competence development processes in line with The Way We Do Things; Support management in identifying high-potentials and mentoring programs; Conduct exit interview, analyse, and close feedback loop with the managers.</li><li>Establishment of employee communication platform to continuously enhance employee relationship.
