Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·         Support the Siebel system Roll-out and Improvement projects for the wholesale European branches;

·         Standardize and improve the current programs (CRM);

·         Business analysis and customer service for new requirements;

·         Takeover from project team and assure post-implementation system stabilization for the new sites;

·         Participate in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design;

·         Solve unexpected situations from users;

·         Implement new programs for new business process;

·         Comply with internal work processes like Change Miner and ITSM. 

Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor of Information Technology Degree or Business Administration (or comparable qualification)

·         5 - 8 years’ experience with Siebel CRM and Oracle PL/SQL programming;

·         Good experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel eScript or Siebel VB, Business Services;

·         Familiar with Siebel application automation, Workflow, Siebel EIM, data mapping design;

·         Experience working on large, complex projects with tight deadlines;

·         Web/App Mobile skills, OS, DB, WEB and WAS Knowledge will be considered a plus; 

·         Very good English skills - spoken and written.
