Job Description:
Newmont is currently seeking a SAP OM and PA S/4 HANA Consultant with Employee Vendor integration and configuration experience for a SAP Upgrade and Merger Project.
Job Duties:
• Excellent understanding of business processes in HCM and experience in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time and Payroll modules.
• Excellent proficiency in problem solving, root cause analysis, gap analysis, configuration, customization, integration testing, system testing and go live support.
• Ability to analyse data and SAP notes to determine requirement and impact of applying notes. Retrofitting the existing data.
• Take ownership of data and solution and work closely with the functional team members to implement the changes.
• Create a details project plan with tasks for successful upgrade.
• Work with business stack holders to understand the requirement and prepare detail design document and technical document for knowledge transfer and implementation.
• Create a Conversion Strategy for HR data to support continuous payroll and Employee Vendor payment processes.
• Contribute and Own test scenario’s for UT, SIT , Dry Runs and UAT. Contribute and work with the configuration team and testing team to drive milestone closure.
• Contribute to define tasks on cutover plan and take ownership for IT HR tasks.
• Identify Integration impact to determine the tasks for the project plan.
• Work with SAP SF Employee Central Consultant, Stakeholders, Quality Assurance team to conduct functional testing of implemented application
• Excellent proficiency in BIB configuration for integration from SAP SF Employee Central.
• Excellent Proficiency in Global Assignment and Global Implementation for SAP HR Configuration.
• Follow Newmont’s IT Process and Procedures. Use Newmont’s identified tools for testing , project management, communication.
• Resolve Defects and propose solutions for issue that are open during hyper care for IT Support to take over for resolution.
• Experience in Employee Vendor (Employee Business Partner) Configuration and Vendor conversion.
Mandatory Skills:
• SAP HR OM/PA Configuration, at least 6+ years of full implementation.
• SAP HR Global Assignment Configuration, at least 1year of full implementation
• SAP BIB Configuration, at least 1year of full implementation
• SAP Employee Business Partner Configuration and creation.
• SAP Integration with SuccessFactors On-Boarding 3 full implementation
• Excellent experience on Data Analysis in Excel
• Lead Experience for SPA Implementation (testing, conversion, integration)

• HPALM
• LSMW
