Factory located at: 20 KMS ahead of Shamirpet.
Sanmed Hiring for Microbilogist with 3/ 4 years of expereince in Manufacturing industry dealt with medical devices, surgical, healthcare sector.
Education: BSC OR MSC MICROBIOLOGY.
Responsibilities:
- Microbiologist shall report to Manager QC.
- Responsible for all Microbiological analysis of Raw Material/Packing material/Finished Products/Purified water/Potable water Analysis and Fumigation works.
- Observing, monitoring and identifying microorganisms.
- Environment monitoring for microbiology in clean rooms/zones.
- Handling of equipment usage log books
- Responsible for calibration/preventive maintenance of microbiology equipment/instruments as per the pre-approved schedules.
- Responsible for reviewing all documents regarding microbiology.
- Responsible for media preparation, plate exposure and incubation.
- Shall co-ordinate with concerned department while fumigation is done in the factory.
- Responsible for preparation of standard operating procedures of Microbiology department.
