Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Mobile Store Manager to lead our store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales, customer experience, inventory, and team performance while ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales

• Drive sales targets and profitability for the store.
• Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

2. Customer Service & Experience

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive shopping environment with a strong focus on after-sales service.

3. Store Operations & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and replenishment.
• Ensure proper handling, display, and security of mobile phones and accessories.

4. Team Management & Training

• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated sales team.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Schedule and manage shifts to ensure adequate staffing.

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company policies and retail standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, stock reports, and other operational reports.
