Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join a dynamic team in promoting and selling medical equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other potential clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Understand the need and preference of the customer and ensure that they are fulfilled.
• Meeting the customers and brief them with the policies and procedures of the company.
• Develop new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.
• Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors / Diploma in Electronics / Pharmacy / Bio medical.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing.
•  Preferably in the medical equipment industry or previously worked as Medical Representative.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is necessary.

Location: Pune

Territory of operations : Pune , Satara , Sangli/Miraj , Kolhapur and Solapur.
