Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled E-Learning Developer for an automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging e-learning contents. The E-Learning Developer will collaborate with instructional designers, and other team members to create effective and interactive learning experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with instructional designers and SMEs to understand learning objectives

Design and develop interactive, multimedia-rich e-learning courses, modules, and materials using authoring tools, multimedia software, and learning management systems (LMS).

Create engaging and visually appealing learning materials incorporating multimedia elements such as videos, simulations, animations, and graphics.

Utilize various e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to build and deliver effective learning solutions.

Ensure content is accessible, user-friendly, and compatible across multiple devices and platforms.

Conduct quality assurance checks to validate the functionality and effectiveness of e-learning modules.

Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in e-learning and instructional design to enhance course development strategies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or related field.

Proven experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or a related role.

Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.

Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and e-learning best practices.

Experience in multimedia content development (e.g., video editing, graphic design, animation) is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Freshers with good knowledge of e-learning development can also apply.
