Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Studio Manager to join a team of Photography Studio. The ideal candidate would be a person having a background in graphics or architecture and experience in managing and overseeing daily studio operations. This person will also be responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily studio operations, including scheduling, project management, and quality control.
  • Manage and develop a team of designers and support staff to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  • Manage client relationships, including communication, problem resolution, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients to promote business growth.
  • Monitor project budgets and profitability to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Manage administrative duties, including billing, invoicing, and project documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, graphics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in studio management and administration or a similar role.
  • Good Knowledge and understanding of Photography and portfolios
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team to achieve project goals.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Location: Bastora, North-Goa.
