Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales tactics.
- Define pricing strategies and promotional plans in coordination with management.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple branch locations.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide regular training to enhance sales capabilities.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement incentive plans to drive motivation.
3. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and post-sales engagement.
4. Marketing & Brand Positioning:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation campaigns and brand awareness.
- Identify new sales channels, including digital platforms, real estate expos, and channel partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and corporate tie-ups.
5. Process Optimization & Expansion:
- Standardize sales processes across all branches for efficiency and consistency.
- Identify potential new markets and expansion opportunities for company growth.
- Leverage technology and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
