About the Role

MediHSE Training Academy LLP is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales. The role focuses on promoting and selling a wide range of training services in the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) domain. The position involves regional travel for client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

● Generate leads and new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

● Travel across the assigned region to meet clients, present training offerings, and build relationships.

● Manage and grow existing accounts by providing ongoing support and tailored training solutions.

● Deliver customized proposals and presentations to meet client-specific training needs.

● Handle post-sales service calls and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

● Execute targeted sales campaigns to promote various training programs.

● Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

● Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activities and client interactions.

● Work closely with marketing and training teams to align solutions with market demand.

● Stay updated on industry trends, safety regulations, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

● B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

● 3–5 years of experience in selling technical services, training programs, or industrial solutions.

● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.

● Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.

● Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
