Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will manage client accounts and ensure efficient handling of financial transactions, contributing to our company's success in the safety solutions arena.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in accounts receivable management to handle all incoming payments and manage outstanding invoices (Mandatory skill).
- Strong bank reconciliation skills to ensure all transactions have been recorded and accounted for accurately (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to manage account tables efficiently and accurately track all financial data (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, effectively managing relationships with corporate clients.
- Knowledge in using CRM software to efficiently track customer interactions and sales processes.
- Experience in GST filling, ensuring compliance with regulatory tax filings and adherence to financial norms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective client interaction and negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making informed financial decisions and providing strategic insights.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to ensure accurate financial records and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments and resolution of any discrepancies.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential client leads.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by managing GST filling and other related financial obligations.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance account performance and achieve company financial goals.
