🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven specialist to track website visitor behavior, set up lead capture systems, and build email and retargeting funnels that turn traffic into leads. You will play a critical role in working alongside our marketing and tech team to execute data-backed digital campaigns.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar to track user behavior.
• Implement Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads Tags for retargeting.
• Build and optimize email capture funnels using forms, pop-ups, lead magnets, and landing pages.
• Integrate and automate lead flows using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Brevo).
• Create and run basic email drip campaigns and newsletters.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between web content and lead generation goals.
• Analyze traffic data, funnel performance, and A/B tests to improve conversions.

🧠 Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in web analytics, lead funnels, and email marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Google Analytics 4
• Google Tag Manager
• Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
• Facebook Pixel & LinkedIn Insight Tag
• Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, etc.)
• Familiar with cookie consent and GDPR/CCPA basics.
• Bonus: Experience with landing page builders like Elementor, Webflow, or Unbounce.

✅ Nice to Have

• B2B or accounting/outsourcing industry experience
• Knowledge of CRM lead scoring or lifecycle marketing
• Experience in creating automated WhatsApp or SMS flows (Twilio, Wati, etc.)
