Job Overview

We are seeking a Recruitment Executive for a junior-level position at our Gurgaon office. This is a remote role requiring a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will actively participate in talent acquisition processes and collaborate with the recruiting team to meet our clients' staffing requirements. Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a recruitment role, coordinating with teams and clients.
  • Proficient knowledge and practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional skills in candidate sourcing through multiple platforms and databases.
  • Adept in contemporary interviewing techniques that effectively assess candidates' suitability.
  • Ability to execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Expertise in Boolean Search to efficiently locate qualified candidates online.
  • Understanding of diversity hiring strategies to promote an inclusive workplace.
  • Strong awareness of employment law to ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal standards.
  • LinkedIn Recruitment (Mandatory skill) for identifying and targeting potential candidates effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and objectives.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
  • Coordinate with the recruiting team to streamline the recruitment process and fulfill client needs efficiently.
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talents.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to manage and keep records of candidate interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment procedures.
  • Participate in networking events and job fairs to expand the recruitment reach.
