Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a recruitment or business development role with 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Client Services (Mandatory skill): Ability to effectively manage client relationships and expectations.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and networking.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM to track recruitment activities and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Strong skills in cold calling to engage with potential clients and candidates successfully.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for client contracts.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment space.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems to effectively manage and streamline the recruitment process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and expand the company's client base.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using applicant tracking systems effectively.
