Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a recruitment or business development role with 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Client Services (Mandatory skill): Ability to effectively manage client relationships and expectations.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and networking.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM to track recruitment activities and manage the candidate pipeline.
• Strong skills in cold calling to engage with potential clients and candidates successfully.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for client contracts.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment space.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems to effectively manage and streamline the recruitment process.
