Job Description:

·        As a Sales Officer at Ruchak India Snacks, you will play a critical role in achieving and surpassing sales targets within your designated area.

·        You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders, driving product visibility, and ensuring the availability of Ruchak snacks in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company's sales objectives within the assigned area.

·        Identify, appoint, and manage distributors within your area. Monitor their performance, support them in achieving sales targets, and ensure timely product deliveries.

·        Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, conduct regular store visits, and provide merchandising support to ensure optimal product visibility and availability.

·        Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team for product development and improvement.

·        Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities, to the Sales Manager.

·        Work closely with the supply chain and distribution teams to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize stock outs or overstock situations.
