Job Overview

Ruchak Indian Snacks is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our expanding team in Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Angul, Sonepur, Phulbani, and Bhawanipatna. As a Mid-Level position, you will play a critical role in driving our business success within a full-time employment framework. We are looking for individuals with up to 6 years of work experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the FMCG sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience and expertise in lead generation to help identify potential opportunities within the FMCG sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business-to-business sales dynamics specific to the Food and Beverage Services industry.
  • Sharp negotiation skills to successfully close deals and ensure mutual benefits for both the company and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, consumer demands, and competitor activities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and goals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the assigned markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify, approach, and cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Ruchak products and present them compellingly to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding the distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment in outreach strategies and brand promotion.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and service agreements that align with company pricing policies.
