We are looking for SALES OFFICER to join our growing team of RUCHAK, INDIA, who can take the responsibility for creating FMCG distributors, calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process. Salary- 15K-18K Experience: 2-4 years in FMCG Food & Beverage sector Responsibilities: • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers • Generate new customer leads through various channels • Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned • Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services • Update all the daily activities in our official mobile application. • Promote specific products as directed by upper management • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review • Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made Skills • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude • Proficient in using Sales Application • Proven track record in sales environment • Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quota
