We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Head in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth and expand the business.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and expand the business in the region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and other functions.
• Provide sales forecasts, business reviews, and other reports as required.
• Manage and develop the regional sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
