Job Overview
Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative based in Ahmedabad. This full-time position requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging in cold calling, and maintaining CRM records. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on driving revenue through proactive client interaction and leveraging our cutting-edge cybersecurity offerings.
Required Technical Knowledge
The candidate shall have a bit of technical knowledge, which will make it easier for them to understand the product and explain it to the client. Candidates who hold a bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Tech, BSc IT, or any other technical field are preferred. Similarly, candidates with a master's degree in MCA, M.Tech, MSc IT, or other related technical degrees will have an advantage.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales role, preferably in Inside Sales or IT-related sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation (Mandatory skill) and a proven ability to identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Strong skills in cold calling (Mandatory skill) with a track record of achieving sales targets through direct outreach efforts.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Mandatory skill) to manage and analyze customer interactions and data efficiently.
- Experience in B2B sales, focusing on establishing and nurturing sustainable business relationships.
- Ability to perform client prospecting with the aim to expand and diversify the customer base.
- Skilled in upselling and cross-selling techniques to optimize sales opportunities with existing clients.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales processes, understanding how to effectively sell subscription-based services.
- Experience in IT solutions sales, demonstrating the ability to align product offerings with client needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive lead generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage in cold calling to prospective clients, presenting our cybersecurity solutions effectively.
- Maintain and update CRM with current customer data and interaction summaries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategic sales campaigns and achieve sales goals.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and solutions.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling strategies to enhance client relationships and revenue.
- Report on sales activities and progress to sales management regularly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to better position products to prospective clients.
