Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level HR Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis. The role focuses on managing the talent acquisition lifecycle with special emphasis on technical recruitment to support our growth in the computer and network security sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA (HR)
- Proven expertise in talent sourcing with the ability to identify, engage, and attract the right candidates using diverse sourcing strategies (Mandatory skill)
- Strong experience in technical recruitment, especially within the IT and cybersecurity domains; adept at screening and assessing technical talent (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in recruitment processes including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and managing candidate pipelines across platforms
- Experience with IT recruitment, understanding the nuances and technical requirements associated with hiring in the technology sector
- Skilled in technical recruiting, including conducting technical interviews and collaborating closely with hiring managers to define job needs
- Competency with onboarding processes to ensure seamless candidate integration and positive new hire experiences
- Hands-on expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems for organizing candidate information and improving recruitment efficiency
- Strong abilities in interview coordination, managing schedules, logistics, and communications between candidates and internal teams
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles, from job posting to candidate offer and onboarding
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top technology and cybersecurity talent aligned with our business objectives
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, culture fit, and alignment with company values
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and department leads, ensuring a streamlined and positive interview experience
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools to maintain an organized and efficient process for all stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to understand evolving hiring requirements and proactively pipeline qualified candidates
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes, supporting new hires throughout documentation, orientation, and integration phases
- Continuously monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to ensure the hiring process remains effective and aligned with company goals
