Key AccountabilitiesThe Sales Leader will be responsible for, but not limited to:<ul><li>Perform duties in alignment with the company’s Mission, Values, Mission;</li><li>Close sales through a consultative sales process;</li><li>Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals, identifying decision makers and delivering the value proposition of your events.</li><li>Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information;</li><li>Soliciting new clients to exhibit and sponsor in assigned trade show(s) within a defined and protected territory.</li><li>Making cold calls and having at least 30 conversations with clients daily.</li><li>Researching potential new clients and prospects using various resources for business development.</li><li>Actively participate in regular weekly sales meetings and host one meeting a month.</li><li>Weekly reporting of all sales activity, pipeline and forecasts with accurate reporting to the Commercial Sales Director.</li><li>Promoting and actively cross-selling into events within the Royce Links portfolio.</li><li>Creating strong relationships through having face-to-face meetings with existing clients in order to identify future opportunities.</li><li>Working to achieve industry appropriate mix of clients whose products, services and technology are being displayed at each event.</li><li>Allocating exhibition space and prioritizing the placement of clients – including renewals - based on their specific needs and featured products and services, as well as featured venues.</li><li>Preparing and entering all contracts and/or supporting paperwork into Sales force for timely processing.</li><li>Ensuring the overall level of sales &amp; customer service meets Royce Links events standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;
