Job Title: Senior Executive - Human Resources (HR)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Executive - HR with minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO industry to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. You will play a key role in supporting HR functions and contribute to the growth and success of the organization by implementing HR strategies that enhance employee experience and drive organizational performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Support employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture. Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management cycle, including the preparation of performance reviews, feedback sessions, and follow-ups on development plans for employees.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions to upskill employees. Promote continuous learning and career development within the organization.
  • HR Compliance & Policies: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Support the administration and communication of HR policies to employees.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Collect and maintain HR data, generate reports, and track key HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, bonuses, deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Support the coordination and management of employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • General HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR support, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.


Requirements:

  • Master's degree in human resources.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience in the BPO or services industry, preferably in payroll administration, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support a fast-paced HR environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HRMS or talent management systems.
