Job Title: Business Risk Analyst (4-10 Years of Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Risk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in risk management, business analysis, or related fields. 

As a Business Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating business risks to ensure the company's operations remain effective, efficient, and compliant. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, develop risk mitigation strategies, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Identification and Assessment:

Conduct thorough analysis to identify potential business risks (financial, operational, compliance, strategic, etc.) and assess their potential impact on the company.

Risk Mitigation: 

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including control processes, policies, and procedures to minimize potential negative outcomes.

Data Analysis & Reporting: 

Utilize data analysis techniques to monitor and report on risk exposure and mitigation effectiveness, providing regular reports and presentations to senior management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with various departments (finance, operations, IT, legal, etc.) to assess and address risks and to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

Regulatory Compliance: 

Ensure business practices adhere to all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies, with a focus on proactively identifying and addressing compliance risks.

Scenario Analysis:

 Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to predict potential risks and their impact on the business, and recommend preventive actions.

Strategic Recommendations: 

Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on risk analysis, helping to guide business decisions and align with overall company objectives.

Continuous Improvement:

 Stay informed about emerging risks and trends in the industry and proactively recommend updates to risk management processes and tools.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CRM, CFA) is a plus.

- 5-10 years of experience in risk management, business analysis, or a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations and risk management principles.

- Experience with data analysis tools, risk management software, and reporting techniques.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.

- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts.

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a specific industry (finance, technology, healthcare, etc.).

- Proven track record of successfully implementing risk mitigation strategies in a business setting.

- Knowledge of advanced risk modeling and analysis techniques.
