The R L Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for India. This is a full-time, executive-level position located in Delhi. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the airlines or aviation industry, and will play a crucial role in leading our sales strategy to expand our market presence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience and knowledge in developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales growth, and achieving targets. (Mandatory skill)

- Demonstrated experience in business development, focusing on expanding market share and entering new markets.
- Excellent skills in sales forecasting, providing accurate revenue predictions and sales estimates.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company targets and objectives in the Indian market.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives by providing effective guidance and support.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the aviation industry.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's market presence and attract new airline representations.
- Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting, ensuring accurate predictions of future revenue streams.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, and operational teams to optimize sales performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities to senior management.
