Key Account Manager (KAM) – Sales Executive
Reports to: Manager – Sales
The Key Account Manager (KAM) – Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring effective market coverage for RL Group. The role involves achieving and exceeding sales targets, identifying new revenue streams, and executing strategies to maximize sales, including ancillary services.
The KAM will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop and adapt sales strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders is essential, along with delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Key responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, preparing detailed sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights. The role also involves negotiating and managing contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with pricing policies, and staying updated on industry regulations.
A thorough understanding of RL Group’s products and services is essential, as the KAM will train and educate clients while providing tailored recommendations. Collaboration with internal teams and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance are critical aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Experience in the travel or aviation industry is must.
