We are seeking a Front Office Executive to join our dynamic team at Royal Kingdom By Sarovar Portico in Bareilly. This full-time executive position demands a professional with excellent telephone etiquette, data entry skills, and experience in managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest interactions, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process, and supporting administrative tasks to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette is crucial as you represent the company's first point of contact, requiring warmth and professionalism in all communications. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with front desk management systems in 5 star group Hotels is essential to seamlessly coordinate front office activities and maintain an organized reception area. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong capability in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage documentation and communication efficiently.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software to enhance guest satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Competence in appointment scheduling tools to efficiently manage and organize guest appointments and meetings.
- Exceptional multilingual communication skills are highly beneficial for interacting with a diverse clientele and improving guest relations.
- IDS SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and courteous demeanor, ensuring a professional and friendly reception at all times.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest registration and departure activities.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with various departments to address and resolve guest service issues, ensuring immediate and effective solutions.
- Maintain an updated inventory of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts to streamline front office operations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and stellar customer reviews.
- Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and direct calls, ensuring messages are accurately relayed to hotel departments.
- Support administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies to uphold operational efficiency.
