Software Requirement: Proficient in IDS Accounting Software

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Supervisor to oversee and manage daily financial operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in IDS software, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit compliance, ensuring the financial health of the property is maintained with accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all finance and accounting activities of the hotel.
• Prepare daily revenue reports, reconcile bank statements, and oversee all financial transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of invoices, journal entries, and ledger reconciliation using IDS software.
• Assist in budget preparation and monthly financial forecasting.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage petty cash and monitor expenditure control.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and ESI regulations.
• Monitor receivables and payables, and ensure timely collection and disbursements.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain cost control and identify financial efficiencies.
• Train and guide junior finance team members as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.
• Proven working experience in hotel finance/accounts.
• Strong proficiency in IDS software is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and other financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
