End to End Recruitment

Screening, Sourcing suitable candidates

Understanding the requirement from the Management / HOD's and accordingly prepare JD

Maintaining a comprehensive talent database and timely sourcing of right candidates

Interview scheduling and coordination

Hands on experience of working in various Recruitment sources like Naukri & LinkedIn etc.

Candidates must have experience of End to End Recruitment for Construction / Real estate / Interior industry.
