Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Architects with an interest in varied projects from start to finish. The

successful candidate will have to be an out-of-the-box thinker with a holistic understanding of the

design process and a talent for developing creative design ideas.

Roles and Responsibilities

 Assist senior architects and Principal Architect in developing architectural and interior design

of residential, commercial and institutional buildings.

 Prepare working drawings of architectural and interior projects.

 To be able to Co-ordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.

 Carry out Site visits as required

 Assist in Market study and material selection etc.

Education

B.Arch Degree/ Diploma or Degree in Interior Design

Desired Candidate Profile

 Candidate must be having full knowledge and skill of CAD 2D/3D, word and excel.

 Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketchup, Photoshop, M.S Office (Excel, Powerpoint)

 Well versed with process of Architecture Design, Architecture drawings, working drawings

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

 Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to,

architectural design intent.

 Ability to work with minimal supervision.

 Knowledge of building products, services and construction details
