Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Right Fit Resources. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Balangir, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to identify new opportunities and close deals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
