Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Right Fit Resources. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. You will also be responsible for managing our online presence and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on driving brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising
• Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Experience in the BPO, finance, or sales & marketing industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, and adjust strategies and tactics as needed to ensure optimal results
• Manage the company's online presence and social media accounts, including creating and curating engaging content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies and tactics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and creative, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Track and report on key performance indicators and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities and provide insights and recommendations to the management team
