CA – JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the accounting & Finance team functions.
• Preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Coordinate with Auditors to ensure timely submission and review of audit reports (Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits); Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements and guidelines.
• Variance analysis of financial data.
• Project tracking from finance perspective.
• Ensure compliance with respect to statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, TCS, Form16 etc.; Oversee TDS, GST returns filing and ensure adherence to all related compliance requirements.
• Responsible for timely statutory payments/ Reconciliation and answering audit queries if any.
• AR ageing, Debtors reconciliation including TDS, collections follow up.
• Responsible for Monthly MIS reports.
• Responsible for ensuring company law matters compliances.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant, with 5 to 7 years of industry experience post qualification (CA).
• Candidate would be preferred from the Infrastructure Industry.
• Knowledge on IND AS.
