Job Summary / Objective:

To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives.

The languages required for hiring include Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Hindi, English, Bengali, and Gujarati.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Research, track, maintain, and update leads.
  • Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads.
  • Research and manage the lead generation database.
  • Conduct customer research and market surveys to gather insights.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to management.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to support the sales process.

Skills & Attributes Required:

  • Proficiency in research and database management.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
