Level of experience: 4 to 6 Yrs.

 Experience with AWS specific tech stack for IVR solutions and integrations.

• Amazon Connect IVR developer with strong experience in designing and implementing IVR solutions using Amazon Connect. 
• Ability to design and implement complex call flows and IVR systems.
• Able to design call flows, managing prompts and messages, implementing self-service options.
• Experience in integrating Amazon Connect with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Strong experience in designing and developing ChatBots using Amazon Lex.
• Experience with Amazon Lex, environment setup, production deployment, Teams integration and backend development and integration when needed
• In-depth knowledge of Terraform and related tools / Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform
• AWS Lamda – Hands-on knowledge 
• AWS Lex - Hands-on knowledge 
• AWS Kendra , S3 - Hands-on knowledge
