- Experience with printer hardware, capable of managing both routine maintenance and complex repairs as necessary.
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques specific to IT systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff and clients, fostering a productive work environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing job requirements in the field of service engineering.
