Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and oversee our full-
cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting,
and hiring top talent to meet the company's workforce needs. This role involves collaborating
with hiring managers, utilizing various sourcing strategies, and ensuring a smooth candidate
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing techniques using job
boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice
through innovative talent attraction initiatives.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from
initial contact through onboarding.
Job Postings & Advertising: Create and manage job postings across multiple
platforms to attract a diverse talent pool.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-
per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Diversity & Inclusion: Support and drive diversity hiring initiatives to build an
inclusive workforce.
Networking & Talent Pooling: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
for future hiring needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience: 3-5 Years
Technical Skills: HR software, and recruitment tools.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers,
and stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring
strategies.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
