Job Description for Warehouse Coordinator (Support staff)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves assisting in inventory management, documentation, stock movement, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods.
• Support in arranging and organizing stock in designated storage areas.
• Update and maintain accurate records of stock movement in the system.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and staff for timely order preparation and dispatch.
• Monitor labeling, barcoding, and tagging of materials for proper identification.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly warehouse activity reports.
• Ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
• Support in physical stock verification and cycle counts.
• Liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal departments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
