Job Description for Technical HR (Projects) – Junior Assistant Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical HR (Projects) – Junior Assistant Manager to join our growing team at
Reliserv Solution , an authorized Siemens Channel Partner specializing in Electrical, Automation, and Project Execution services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical hiring for electrical domains, including services, manufacturing, project execution, technicians, helpers, and project sales. You’ll play a key role in building high-performing technical teams that power our projects across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit qualified Electrical Engineers, Technicians, and Project Support Staff for our ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Hiring Targets: Achieve a minimum of 20 successful candidate closures per month across different technical categories.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use multiple channels — Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, campus drives, and referrals — to build a steady talent pipeline.
- Coordination: Work closely with department heads (Service, Manufacturing, Projects, and Sales) to understand manpower needs.
- Documentation: Manage offer letters, joining formalities, ID creation, and onboarding for new hires.
- Reporting: Maintain daily recruitment trackers and submit weekly hiring reports to HR Head.
- Brand Representation: Promote Reliserv Solution’s employer brand through campus and social recruitment initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Engineering / Management (preferred: Electrical or related background).
- 2–4 years of experience in technical or engineering recruitment
- Strong communication & coordination skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals and ATS tools
- .Proactive, target-driven, and able to work under deadlines.

- Compensation: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 (Monthly Gross) — commensurate with performance and interview outcome
- Preferred Candidate: Candidates residing in or around Navi Mumbai will be given preference
