Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management within US Recruiting / Staffing Domain

• The role is primarily focuses on building relationships with hiring managers for existing clients. 

• The role will also include the management of client requirements and submissions.

• Deep understanding of organizational procurement structure such as Contingent workforce category manager, MSP program manager, MSP supplier manager and Hiring managers

• Ability to identify hiring managers and map respective end clients through innovative methods

• Must be willing to cold call hiring managers and break into accounts withing the System Integrator

• Hands on knowledge of recruitment

• Create presentation decks explaining our business capabilities

• Prior experience in working with MSP partners / Healthcare Domain is a big advantage

• Deep understanding of Discoverorg, etc.

• Manage onsite and offshore hiring manager relationships

• Hands on knowledge of using industry recognized CRM / ATS Systems
