Job Overview
We are seeking a Motor Insurance Sales Deputy Manager for our Hyderabad office. This full-time mid-level role requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in motor and general insurance sales, equipped with strong team handling capabilities, and skilled in RAG analysis, attrition, and shrinkage management.

- Expertise in RAG analysis to effectively identify issues and implement solutions.
- Ability to manage and analyze attrition rates to improve employee retention.
- Strong understanding of shrinkage management to optimize team performance.
- Adept in general and motor insurance sales with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Demonstrated team handling skills to effectively lead and motivate sales teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market scenarios.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the motor insurance sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct regular RAG analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities in the sales process.
- Monitor and manage team attrition to maintain a stable and productive sales force.
- Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and enhance team efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
