Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior AEM Website Developer to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This role involves working with Adobe Experience Manager and Java to design and implement web solutions that meet client requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional expertise in handling AEM components, templates, and sites.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Mandatory skill) for enhancing and integrating website functionalities.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) to execute and debug web applications effectively.
• Expertise in HTL/Sightly to build dynamic and scalable web pages seamlessly within AEM.
• Solid understanding of Sling Models to facilitate a clean separation of concerns in web applications.
• Proficiency in JCR (Java Content Repository) for efficient storage, retrieval, and management of content within AEM.
• Experience with OSGi Framework to modularize and deploy applications effectively, enhancing maintainability.
• Skilled in Maven for project management and understanding of building processes in Java environments.
• Knowledge of Dispatcher Caching for improving the performance and security of AEM sites.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust AEM components, templates, and websites aligning with client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Java-based functionalities.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices in code quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM components, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Implement and utilize HTL/Sightly for efficient and modular front-end development in AEM.
• Work with Sling Models and JCR to organize and manage content efficiently, facilitating content personalization strategies.
• Optimize dispatcher caching strategies to enhance site performance and user experience.
• Document system designs, configurations, and project updates for future reference and team collaboration.
