Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This mid-level, full-time position requires a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the company's growth. The candidate must be proficient in using EXCEL, TALLY, and FOCUS software to manage financial records and reports effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with managing client accounts, maintaining strong professional relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in EXCEL for creating, managing, and analyzing spreadsheets with complex formulas and data visualization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of TALLY for handling accounting processes such as invoicing, ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Adept at using FOCUS software for financial analysis and inventory management to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles with the ability to manage daily operations and financial tasks systematically.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and precision in all interactions.
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving capabilities to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Time management proficiency to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements for management review and strategic planning.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline accounting processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records to manage cash flows effectively.
- Liaise with auditors during audits and accommodate queries to ensure accurate financial disclosures.
- Provide support to management by analyzing financial data and presenting insights for decision-making.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement and suggest cost-effective solutions for enhancing profitability.
