About the Role:

Join our Learning & Development team as a Training Coordinator and drive employee capability enhancement across departments. You’ll identify learning needs, manage training programs, and create engaging onboarding experiences — integrating AI tools for smarter learning analytics and LMS optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis using performance data and feedback
  • Plan and coordinate internal/external training programs
  • Develop and update onboarding and learning content
  • Track participation, feedback, and ROI for all programs
  • Maintain training documentation and reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Education, or related field
  • 2–5 years in Training/L&D coordination
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of LMS, MS Office, and AI-based training tools
