Join the dynamic Coal Trading Division at Rawalwasia Group — a fast-growing leader in the energy trading sector.
This is a Surat-based, full-time office role, focused on B2B sales through daily calling and emailing coal traders across India.
You’ll be responsible for sales and purchase deal closures, client communication, and CRM-based reporting while ensuring consistent revenue growth through trader relationships and professional communication.
Profile Overview
This position requires a highly experienced sales professional (minimum 5 years) with strong calling, negotiation, and business communication skills.
You will engage daily with coal traders, brokers, and suppliers across regions to generate leads, close sales, and manage purchase transactions — all handled from our Surat head office through CRM, email, and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls and emails to coal traders and brokers across India.
- Generate sales leads, enquiries, and new business opportunities.
- Conduct pricing discussions, sales negotiations, and deal closures.
- Manage purchase-side communication and follow-ups with traders and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries of all calls, leads, quotations, and finalized deals.
- Track market updates, trader activity, and coal pricing movements regularly.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coal traders to promote repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, coal trading, commodities, or B2B industrial markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
- Excellent calling, convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional email etiquette.
- Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Odia).
- Proficient in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Excel; experience with AI-enabled CRM systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and target-oriented with the ability to handle multiple trader interactions daily.
- Candidates with coal trading exposure or trader references will be given preference.
Work Mode
Work from Office – Surat Headquarters
This is a desk-based B2B sales position, focused entirely on trader calling, emailing, and sales & purchase deal closures managed directly from the Surat office.
