About the Role
Join our expanding Coal Division in South & East India as a Sr. Executive (B2B/B2C Sales), responsible for new client acquisition, repeat business, and relationship management with industrial buyers.
The position requires hands-on B2B/B2C field sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate with MDs, CEOs, and Procurement Heads of large manufacturing companies.
You’ll manage daily calls, visits, and follow-ups, supported by AI-enabled CRM systems for lead management and reporting.
Candidates must be ready for extensive travel, regular client interactions, and relocation to the assigned base city.
Applicants with existing references or prospective client contacts will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new industrial clients in assigned sectors and territories.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with current customers to boost retention.
- Handle negotiations, quotations, and order closures with senior management.
- Record and track all sales activities through CRM and AI-based dashboards.
- Build a network of referrals and prospective clients for new business.
- Analyze regional coal market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B/B2C field sales experience in coal, minerals, logistics, or industrial raw materials.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Demonstrated exposure to industrial field sales and client acquisition.
- Comfortable interacting with CXO-level professionals and procurement leaders.
- Willing to travel extensively, attend client meetings, and relocate to base city.
- Must have references or potential client connections for immediate business opportunities.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and AI-integrated reporting.
- Language proficiency (as per region):
- Kolkata/Raipur: Hindi, English, Bengali (for Kolkata)
- Hyderabad/Vijayawada/Visakhapatnam/Chennai: Telugu, English, Hindi (Tamil for Chennai)
