About the Role
We are seeking ambitious Sr. Executives (B2B/B2C Sales) to expand our Coal Division across industrial and trading clusters in North and West India. The role demands strong field sales exposure, negotiation ability, and relationship-building skills.
You will regularly interact with MDs, CEOs, and Procurement Heads of coal-consuming companies, managing client acquisition, calling, convincing, and follow-ups.
Using AI-enabled CRM tools, you will track leads, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for business growth.
Candidates must be willing to travel frequently, attend client meetings, and relocate to their assigned base location.
Applicants with strong industry references or a prospective clientele will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new industrial and trading clients in target regions.
- Call and visit existing clients regularly to maintain and expand business.
- Conduct pricing discussions, negotiations, and order follow-ups with key decision-makers.
- Maintain CRM records, generate AI-assisted performance dashboards, and report progress.
- Use data insights and analytics for sales forecasting and territory planning.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and logistics updates.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B/B2C field sales experience in coal, minerals, or industrial raw materials.
- Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Strong exposure to field sales operations, client acquisition, and B2B/B2C business environments.
- Confident dealing with CXO-level and procurement leaders.
- Willing to travel extensively, attend meetings, and relocate as required.
- Must have references and a potential client network for business development.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and AI-based reporting systems.
- Language proficiency (as per city):
- Delhi/NCR: Hindi, English (Punjabi useful)
- Mumbai/Nagpur: Marathi, Hindi, English
- Ahmedabad/Vadodara/Vapi: Gujarati, Hindi, English
- Indore: Hindi, English (Marathi helpful)
